LIVE STREAMING
We offer real-time streaming of events. Let's break it down a little more. We facilitate three types of live streams, which are In-Person, Virtual and Hybrid. You may have a participant that cannot make it to the venue, no problem at all. We'll get them connected by adding a virtual component to our setup that will allow them to remotely participate without being at the actual location of the event. Sounds cool right? I Know!
Our skilled live stream coordinator will monitor the footage from one or multiple cameras, thereafter, giving your online audience (family, friends, fans etc.) the best viewing experience they can get. Our setups are designed in a way that will give the best results possible and make our clients happy.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING
Service costs are based on the scope of work required to get the job done efficiently. Live streaming requests should be made at least two to three days in advance to allow for proper arrangements and setup. All appointments are scheduled for a minimum of one hour. To make a service request, click on the "Make Service Request" button located at the top or bottom of this page and fill out the form provided. Once submitted, you will receive a quotation via email, outlining the cost of the requested service along with an agreement form, where necessary. If accepted, you are expected to make a 50% deposit and return the agreement form that was presented to you, fully signed. The balance 50% must be paid within three to five business days after the service is rendered. A copy of the fully signed agreement will be sent to the client via email or presented as a hard copy. Also, a receipt will be provided for each payment, via email or hard copy.
CORPORATE PRESENTATIONS SETUP
Let us help you make group presentations more interactive and professional. Our setup will allow you to make reference to other presenters content and make side by side comparisons on the spot. All presenters will be set and ready to go by the press of a single button.
We also facilitate Virtual Presentations. Give persons the opportunity to remotely present their content, no matter where they are in the world.
